Important Information

1. Please ensure you have the most upto date Skype install, the latest version can be found here
2. Payment needs to be made prior to the appointment. Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card via the Paypal link.
3. Once payment is complete please call 905-593-1605 or email clinic@muscleandjoint.ca to arrange an appointment time.
4. Please ensure you are logged in and that your microphone and webcam are operating correctly.

Please Note

1. Clinic receipts will be issued at the end of the session. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
2. Receipts can be used for insurance reimbursement. Please ensure receipt, service rendered and service delivery comply with your insurance provider prior to booking your appointment.
3. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure their connection and equipment are functioning correctly. Any time required to reestablish a connection with be deducted from the overall appointment time.
4. Failure to be available for your appointment will result in a no-show fee of 30%
5. Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be paid within 24 hours of the appointment time
6. Fees are non-refundable.
