Programs to Try in Mississauga

 

Here are some standout classes and programs currently offered through City of Mississauga Recreation:

🧘 Gentle & Low-Impact Fitness (Great for Beginners and Older Adults)

Gentle Fit – Low-impact cardio and strength training, ideal for beginners and older adults.

Stretch and Strength – Combines flexibility work with light resistance exercises.

Chair Yoga – A safe, modified yoga class for people with limited mobility or balance concerns.

Older Adult Strength Training – Builds muscle strength using resistance bands and light weights.

Zumba Gold – A slower-paced version of Zumba for active older adults.
