Service:

Our goal is to serve you with exceptionally friendly and prompt service and provide the best family health care available. The following clinic policies have been developed to better serve you and help you obtain better health results Please adhere to the treatment schedule provided as this will help maximize your treatment results.

Treatment Plan:

Musculoskeletal injuries can take weeks or even months to heal. Patience and adherence to your treatment plan is important to achieve maximum health results.

Reservations:

Please arrive at least ten minutes early to your appointment. Please note patient conditions may vary which may cause an increase in wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Payment:

Fees are due at time of service and are non-negotiable. Fees for services rendered are not-refundable. Fees for custom orthotics, braces, speciality ordered items are non-refundable. Payments made for products purchased on our online store or in our clinic are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All products sold may be entitled to warranties as specified by the manufacturer. These warranties are offered through their respective companies and not by the Canadian Muscle and Joint Pain Clinic. Custom made orthotics are eligible for repair/modification for free within the first 30 days or pickup at the clinic’s discretion

Cancellation:

We require a 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or arriving 30 minutes late will result in a no show fee of at least half of the treatment visit. Please note it is the patient’s responsibility to show up on time for the appointment or to properly notify the clinic for any changes or cancellations that may be required.

Conduct:

Our clinic has a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, action or language by any client and the clinic reserves the right to refuse service if deemed necessary.
